Step 1: Make sure you have XAMPP installed.
Step 2: Extract the .zip file.
Step 3: Right-click, and copy everything extracted from the .zip file.
Step 4: Navigate to c:\xampp\htdocs, rename index.php to index.old, and paste in the website files.
Step 5: In Pale Moon Browser 32-bit, go to 127.0.0.1/nickjr20122015/kids in your address bar.
