Brian Sidwell and Mike Lowe

Mike and Brian are two hard-headed engineers; they design and test bicycle helmets! At Bell Labs in Santa Cruz, California, Mike and Brian use everything from wind tunnels to anvils to crash test dummies to build the best helmet. They test how well their helmets survive a crash, if they stay put on a kid's head, and how they stand up to sun and snow.
