• 2 chicken bones
• 2 cups
• bleach
• vinegar

1. Clean 2 chicken bones and place one in each cup.
2. Label the cups and add vinegar to one and bleach to the other. Make sure the liquid covers the entire bone.
3. Wait 24 hours. (The bone in vinegar may need a bit more time). Remove the bones and rinse with water.

What did you observe?

The bleached bone is bendy and the vinegar bone is brittle.
