1. Blow up a balloon until it is only about as big as a grapefruit, or a softball.
2. Hold the rim of a plastic cup against the side of a balloon. The balloon should not fit inside the cup.
3. Keep holding the cup in place, then continue to inflate the balloon.
4. Let go of the cup, and pinch off the balloon. The cup sticks to the balloon!
