Show 19: Ruff Ruffman Spaces Out

Ruff's communication satellite was on the blink and in desperate need of repair. He would have fixed it himself, but he couldn't fit into the old spacesuit from his doggie cosmonaut days. This is where Taylor, Brian, Khalil, Anna, Julia, and Noah came in: Ruff sent them all to Space Camp for astronaut training!

At Space Camp the FETCHers launched rockets, practiced rescuing a satellite, and did all kinds of spacey things. In the rocket-building contest, Brian and Julia's rocket was the only one that launched and successfully deployed its parachute. They earned 40 points. Noah and Taylor had a recoverable rocket (it survived the fall without breaking apart), earning them 30 points. Khalil and Anna's rocket first nose-dived but then after a redesign it worked out great. They also were awarded 30 points.

For all around great teamwork in their last training mission everyone on the team earned 60 points.

Ruff awarded 10 bonus points to Julia for overcoming her fear of flight, putting her in the lead. As the winner Julia got a terrific, fabulous, awesome prize - her very own star. So now when you look up at the night sky, "Julia" will be shining down on you!
