Ruff accidentally painted his doghouse Dingy Gray and he couldn't help but feel sad all the time. Chet on the other hand was having a mousey square dance in the Fetch 3000. What could Ruff do to make his life cheerier than Chet's??
First he wanted Sammy and DJ to go learn how to square dance so he could have as much fun as Chet. Rachel and Moe are square dancers that taught them all the moves. Then the kids found out they were going to be guests of honor at the dance that night, so they had to pick out their square dancing outfits. Don't forget the cowboy hats. Last but not least Ruff made them be the callers at the dance but he had messed up all the calls!
Ruff also wanted help with some interior decorating to make his house a little happier. So Harsha and Jay go to the zoo to find out what kinds of habitats animals need to be happy. First they checked out the gorillas' area and then they met Snuffles the porcupine and designed a habitat for him. It was habitastic!
Back at Studio G, Noël and Sam worked their magic on the halftime quiz show, getting 45 points.
Then they all met up back at the studio for the Triumph Tally:
Harsha and Jay scored:
Sammy and DJ scored:
Giving them a total of 85 points!
BUT: "Is that all the points a dog can give?"
Sammy got 10 bonus points for being able to explain square dancing in terms even Ruff could understand. She did it by pointing out that it's kind of like Simon Says! That made her the daily winner with 95 points and her prize was a mechanical dancing gorilla! No habitat is complete without one.
