Show 12: Socket To Me
Blossom thought Ruff's using too many electronics while he was singing was contributing to global warming. But his singing is the best part of the show. Or is it? He decided to give Harsha and Noël a chance too. They had never done any singing before and they found out that it's harder than it looks! But they learned the "Coconut Tree" song, got their costumes on, and performed in the FETCH! Star show!
Blossom had Ruff on a carbon dioxide diet but he had a lot of chores that he couldn't do without electricity. So Sam and Sammy met with an energy expert to figure out how Ruff could save electricity. They used a watt meter to see how much electricity was used for each chore and then they found ways to do the same chores using less energy.
Jay and DJ of course were busy earning their 30 points in the halftime quiz show.
By the time everyone finished their challenges and got back to Studio G, it was time for the Triumph Tally results:
Harsha and Noël scored:
- 30 points: For improving their singing range
- 50 points: For creating an original dancing and singing number
Giving them a total of 80 points!
Sam and Sammy scored:
- 75 points: For cutting the energy usage by 97
%BUT: "Is that all the points a dog can give?"
Harsha earned 10 big bonus points for overcoming her stage fright. The show must go on! That made her the daily winner with 90 points. Her prize was an awesome pedal-powered karaoke machine! Perfect because she can never get enough of the Ruff theme song.
