During the 70s, Rock N Roll broke into numerous styles: soft, hard,
and folk rock, punk and disco! The Beatles started the decade with
the release of the famous LP, Let It Be in 1970, broke up as a group
in 1975, and ended the decade with the murder of John Lennon (1980).
In 1971, Carole King released her best-selling album, Tapestry.
Other Popular artists: Aerosmith, the Bee Gees, the Carpenters,
David Bowie, Jackson Browne, Alice Cooper, the Eagles, Electric
