How to Create a Quiz

With the Create a Quiz form, you can create and print your own quiz to share with your friends and family. NOTE: The form does not save your quiz. After you have entered your questions, you should use the print buttons to create a print out.

View a sample quiz.

Here's how to use the form:

Step 1: Select a topic for your quiz

Choose a topic that you either know a lot about or would like to learn about. Your questions could be about a specific person, event or period of history. You'll be able to create a more interesting quiz if you do some research first. Learn more about your topic through books, magazines, or web resources.

Step 2: Write your questions

You can have up to five questions for each quiz. Questions must be multiple choice or true/false.

Step 3: Fill in the form

Use the quiz form to begin creating your quiz. Enter your name, then give your quiz a title. You can enter up to five questions for each quiz. For each question be sure to fill in all of the fields. When you are done, click the Create Your Quiz button at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Review and print your quiz

Click the print button at the bottom of the page to print out a copy of your quiz. To make changes to your quiz, click the Edit Your Quiz button, edit the form, then click Create Your Quiz button again.
