When your friend's parents go through a divorce, you may look at your family and wonder if this could happen to you. Here are some ways to approach the subject with them:

• Tell me again how you met and how you decided to get married? (You may have heard this story a million times but it is kinda fun to think about your parents so young and in love.)

• How is real love is different from TV or movie love?

• Why do you think that you guys are still together?

• Have you ever thought about getting a divorce? Why or Why not?

• If you did get a divorce, what would happen to me, my siblings?

• What advice do you have for me when it comes to choosing a husband or wife?
