My Teacher Hates Me

Remember:
--If you think a teacher is treating you unfairly, be specific about what's happening in class. It's not good enough to tell your parents "My teacher hates me" and leave it at that.

-- Make sure that your parents know exactly how the classroom problems are making you feel.

--Understand that your parents need to find out all the facts. If they want to ask you lots of questions during the discussion, you shouldn't get upset or think they doubt you. They can't do much to help you if they don't know everything they can about what's going on.
