I play the French horn, and I didn't choose it but I love it anyway. My mom began to teach me the basics of it when I turned six, and now we perform together at family celebrations.

What I love about the French horn is its uniqueness. I mean, you hear of practically everyone in your class taking piano lessons, but there are hardly any horn players.

I play music because it makes me closer to my mom. We're closest when practicing the French horn. The way I see it, I'm already a musician, but yes, I've thought about making a career of it.
