The stench of a thousand dead campfires reached our noses.  Mounds of jewels were piled around the cavern.  A huge dragon curled up around the largest pile.  It was eighty feet long.  Its scales shone of the darkest crimson, and its exposed teeth were like white deadly swords.  Near the dragon´s tail were three multicolored eggs.  Forrest, Jack and I stared, openmouthed at this behemoth.  Then all three eggs began to wobble and burst apart.  Three baby dragons popped out of their eggs and walked towards us.  "They´re hungry: they´re really hungry!"
