One day Calvin ran out of corn to eat. This was a catastrophe! Calvin grabbed some cash, put on his cardigan and charged for the local Convenient Store. When he got there they were all out of corn, so he had to settle for cabbage. That made Calvin very crabby. When Calvin got home he realized he had nothing to carry. Where was his cabbage? Calvin came to a conclusion it must be on the counter at the Convenient Store. When he returned he almost cried! There was corn! Calvin went home and made some corn bread for lunch.
