Just outside of Atlanta there is a little town called Call-away Garden. It´s a very noisy town, not because of cars or people, but because of the birds. Call-away Garden is a home for birds of any kind. It all started when Mr. Dee, a wise, business-like chickadeee, chose to start a community for birds like himself. So he began. He got together a crew and they built the houses and planted flowers everywhere to make his dream come true. One by one the birds moved in.

One story from each participating PBS station has been randomly selected.
With over 45,000 entries, it is not possible to share all stories online.
