Once there was a liger named Lauren. All the animals would make fun of her because she was different. She was a mix between a lion and a tiger. She had a striped body and spotted head and she was as tall as an adult human. She had very low self-esteem and always wanted to be alone instead of with her pride.

One story from each participating PBS station has been randomly selected.
With over 45,000 entries, it is not possible to share all stories online.
