At home they put the tree into Evan´s bedroom since he no longer get out of bed. As the moonlight shined onto the tree, Evan and Evelyn discovered something special. A strange chrysalis hung from the branches like a precious ornament. Each day the sunlight warmed the little, fuzzy chrysalis. It was baby blue with yellow stripes and not even Evelyn´s handmade ornaments seemed as special as the chrysalis.
