“Perhaps I could help,”

Startled I turn, “Who are you?”

“Curtis. How can I help?” A young New Yorker wearing a black coat, white collar, white gloves, and a friendly grin stood in front of me.

“I came to have dinner with my family.”

“Where did they go?” he questions.

“To TIMES SQUARE; they forgot about me, wedged in the couch cushions and left in that yellow cab!”

“Too bad! I was going to clear the tables, but you need help!”

“Well, I was going to find them, but I don’t know where to go!”

“How about the new cab stop on 42nd street? It’s just two blocks down the street.”

"Thanks!"
