Smiling PancakesYou will need:
On a hot griddle, drop two small dots of batter for two eyes and a curved string of batter for a smiling mouth. Wait until the batter begins to brown then pour additional batter on top to form a round pancake. When the pancake is turned over, a smiling face will appear. Continue to cook the pancake until ready to serve with syrup. Riddle and Joke BookTry making your own family riddle and joke book! Jot down favorite jokes and riddles you hear. Go through the comics in the daily newspaper and begin saving the ones you find are funny. Store them in a special place like a resealable plastic bag. After you have several, glue them onto pieces of paper and put the pages in a notebook or staple them together. You can design a funny cover for your book. On blank sheets of paper in your book you can also create your own comics. Share your Riddle and Joke Book with a friend and have a good laugh together. |
Knock, Knock!Do your children love to say “Knock, Knock” jokes? Here is an opportunity for the entire family to join in. Say a few Knock, Knock jokes that you already know to warm up.
