Can you tell us a little bit about the Stearman?
It's a two-seater, single engine biplane that was used to train pilots
during World War II. About 8-10,000 Stearmans were produced, and after the war,
they were sold as military surplus. People used Stearmans for crop dusting, air
show work, and recreational flying. The Stearman has excellent handling
characteristics. And its very dependable. It's just a nice flying airplane.
Today, Stearmans are sought after by airplane collectors.
