Ice Cream Sandwiches

Here's what you will need to make it:

  • your favorite kinds of cookies

  • your favorite flavors of ice cream or frozen yogurt

  • ice cream scoop or large spoon

  • plate
Here's what you have to do:

1. Check with a grown-up before you start this.

2. Take the ice cream or frozen yogurt out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature until it softens.

3. Take a cookie and scoop some softened ice cream or frozen yogurt on to it.

4. Top it off with a second cookie.

5. Squish the cookies together a little to make a sandwich.

6. You can also roll it in chocolate chips or dip it in melted chocolate. Whatever you like.

7. Make some more and put them in the freezer until they're firm.

8. Then eat up!
