This book is one of the best ever!!! Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down! The second two aren't as good, but you know what they say, The sequels aren't usually as good.
- J.J., age 12 of Greenville, SC
It's an all right book. Not as good as, say, a Dan Gutman or Avi or Gordon Korman book. It's not bad, though. It's just a little violent and slightly unrealistic, but not anything "Star Wars"-ish.
- Hailey, age 12 of Kennedale, TX
I got this book given to me by a friend. I started reading and couldn't put it down! The story continues in two more books that are just as good as the first!!!
- Ally, age 12 of Des Moines, IA

- Anna, age 11

- Liliana, age 11 of Katy, TX
The author has a great perspective of children and I love how he/she wrote it. It was so good and it has a light touch of humor. My kinda book. 5 Toes.

- Isabelle of ME
I am currently reading this book, and the second one is on my shelf. I really enjoyed Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, and this book is full of the same sort of humor, but it a much lighter setting. It is very interesting to read about genius kids, and makes me think of myself in a different way. This book is definitely one of my favorites.
- Kira, age 13 of Stafford, VA
This book was incredible! I'm not normally a fan of books with even the slightest bit of sci-fi (like this one) but the way it's incorporated into the story is just fantastic! My favorite character is Kate. There's a sequel, and a third book being released in October 2009. I can't wait!
- Ell, age 12 of Oak Park
It was awesome! Anyone who likes adventure and mystery are sure to love this book!
- Rosalie, age 9 of San Francisco, CA

- Alexis, age 11 of VA
I love The Mysterious Benidict Society! I read it 3 times in a row! I even printed out a bookmark for it! Suspense and mystery solving is my thing!
- Kendra, age 9 of San Antonio, TX
The Mysterious Benedict Society. It got a little old torawd the end. But other then that it was good.
- Jane, age 14 of IN
This book was amazing. Even though it isn't directed towards people my age, I though it was really well written and suspenseful. I can't wait until the 3rd one comes out.
- Titania, age 15 of Long Beach, CA
I really enjoyed this book (even though it's not really my reading level anymore). The characters are so much fun and I especially like Constance (I won't spoil her secret for those who haven't read it!). I would recommend this book to anyone, regardless of age. The sequel is good, but not as good as the original in my opinion.
- Zoe, age 11 of Harrisburg, PA
I looove this book. I think it is so well written. Trenton Lee Stewart (the author) did such a good job choosing the words. I think anyone who like using their brain and mystries will enjoy the book.
- ZOOM Fan
This is a pretty good book. It is about a man who is trying to take over the world by changing peoples thoughts. It is a really good read. Me, my mom and my dad both liked it and now there is a sequel.
- Noah, age 12 of Cincinnati, OH
This book was a very good mystery! I loved it and there was lots of suspense.
