You'd think it would, wouldn't you? More pets must mean more time spent caring for them, right? Well, take a look at this bar graph and see what the data say.

Each bar represents a group of kids. The number of pets each group owns is listed across the bottom of the chart. The height of each bar stands for the average number of minutes kids in that group spent each week caring for their pets.

For example:
Kids who own two pets spend an average of 132 minutes per week (or, two hours and 12 minutes) caring for both pets.
