SETTING: Bedroom at night.
(Humans are asleep in bed. Monsters are asleep underneath the bed. Kenny-Monster is snoring.)
Caroline-Human:
(Wakes up scared.) Zoe!
Zoe-Human:
(Mumbling, half asleep.) I don't want to wake up.
Caroline-Human:
Zoe! I hear a monster under the bed!
Zoe-Human:
There's no such thing as monsters, go back to bed. (Zoe-Human snores, waking up Alisa-Monster.)
Alisa-Monster:
Kenny! I hear something! I think something's up there! I think it's a human!
Kenny-Monster:
There's no such thing as humans. (Rolls around.) Thanks! Now I can't get back to sleep. (Kicks top of bed, waking Caroline-Human again.)
Caroline-Human:
I really hear them. There are monsters down there!
Alisa-Monster:
Shhh! Don't you hear them! There are humans up there!
Zoe-Human:
There's no such thing as monsters.
Kenny-Monster:
There's no such thing as humans.
Zoe-Human:
There's no such thing as monsters.
Kenny-Monster:

Zoe-Human and Kenny-Monster:

Caroline-Human and Alisa-Monster:
Fine! Then let's check. (They all look and scream when they see each other.)
