Ingredients

2 "ready to eat" bananas (not too green and not too brown)
1 6-oz to 8-oz. container low-fat vanilla yogurt
Optional: 1/2 cup granola cereal

Supplies

1 sheet of wax paper
1 plate
blunt knife

Directions

1. Place wax paper on plate.

2. Peel bananas just half-way.

3. Open container of vanilla yogurt and stir to mix well.

4. If desired, stir ½ cup of granola into yogurt for crunchiness.

5. Dip each banana into yogurt and turn back and forth a couple of times to completely coat the banana.

6. Remove and place on wax paper on plate.

7. Once two banana pops are ready, place plate in freezer.

8. Let freeze for 2 or more hours.

*Parents should cut the bananas, but kids can help with everything else!
