Friendship
In "The Buddy System," Jay Jay and Tracy learn the importance of depending
on each other and "sticking together" to overcome a problem. In "The Great Tarrytown Blackout," Herky gets very attached to Tracy, but his constant attention begins to annoy her. She learns to appreciate him, and he learns the value of real friendship when they have to solve a problem together.
