When all the planes in Tarrytown are practicing for the annual sky parade, Tracy and Jay Jay question why Old Oscar gets to lead it every year. Jay Jay and Tracy learn of Oscar's bravery and devise a plan to honor Old Oscar once again at the sky parade.

When Jay Jay thinks his chores are harder than everyone else's, he wishes he had those like Revvin' Evan's. But when Jay Jay tags along with Evan for the day, making deliveries, pick-ups, etc., Jay Jay can barely keep up and learns to appreciate the hard work of all his friends at Tarrytown Airport!
