Using just one finger, keep a person from getting out of a chair.

How To Do it:

1. Stretch back in the chair and put your arms across your chest.
   
   
2. Put your legs straight out with your heels on the floor.
   
   
3. Get a friend to press his finger against your forehead.
   
   
4. See if you can get up.
