John Semper Jr. co-developed "Jay Jay the Jet Plane" for television and has supervised the writing of all 80 stories. Mr. Semper has been a leading writer/producer in children's television for the past twenty years. His previous credits include "Fraggle Rock" and "Dog City" (which he co-created) for Jim Henson Productions, "Scooby Doo" for Hanna & Barbera, "Puzzle Place" for PBS, "Spider-Man" for Marvel Films Animation, and "Clifford the Big Red Dog" for Scholastic. He was also co-writer of the screenplay for the film "Class Act," produced by Warner Bros.

Hall Hutchison's love of technology and enthusiasm for film has taken him from Special Effects to Real Time Animation. Always on the cutting edge, Hall has been involved with such innovative programs as Pee Wee's Playhouse for CBS and Liquid Television on MTV. Currently, Hutchison is Head of Production at Modern Cartoons, working in the development and implementation of Real Time Animation.

After Winning an Emmy for his efforts on 1990's Miracle Landing, David Sharp has worked on such major studio films as Apollo 13, Die Hard III, Star Trek V, The Arrival, Muppet Treasure Island, Event Horizon and Mighty Joe Young in duties ranging from Miniature FX Supervisor to Special Prop Fabrication and Visual FX Art Director.
