Stretching

Now that you're warmed up, do some stretches to limber up your muscles.

Stand up
Standing up, put your feet together, and reach up to the sky with your arms.

Touch the ground
Then bend over, keeping your legs straight, touch your fingers to the ground (or as far as you can go). Hold it there, and count to 10 slowly. Don't bounce up and down - that could hurt your muscles.
Shake your legs
Then come up slowly and shake out your legs.
