Standing up, cross your left leg over your right leg.
Touch ground
Touch the ground with your fingertips. Don't bounce! Count to 10 slowly.
Cross other leg
Then come up and cross your right leg over your left leg.

Touch ground
Again touch the ground with your fingertips. Count to 10 slowly.
Shake legs
Then come up and shake out both your legs.
