Stand up, bend one leg
Standing up, keep one leg straight while you bend the other one behind you.
Pull leg up
Reach around and grab your ankle, then gently pull your leg up. You should feel the stretch in the front of the thigh (or quadricep muscle) of your bent leg. Count to 10 slowly.

Repeat with other leg
Then repeat with the other leg.
Count to 10
Remember to hold your leg and count to 10 slowly.
