Stand up, place you feet
Put one foot out in front of the other, so that your two feet are in a line - have about a foot of space between the heel of your front foot and the toe of your back foot.
Lean forward
Lean forward slowly, bending your front leg and keeping the back one straight. You should feel a stretch in the calf muscle of your back (straight) leg.

Repeat with other leg
Then repeat with the other leg.
Keep back leg straight
Remember to keep your back leg straight.
