What is a PDF file?
PDF (portable document format) is a method for distributing printed documents on the Web. The advantage of PDF over HTML is that PDF files can be viewed and printed with the same layout and fonts as when they were sent to the printers. The ZOOM Web site uses PDF files to redistribute information that was originally printed and bound. We've made a whole bunch of documents available for you to download, like Play and Learn with Arthur. The PDF format was created by Adobe and you will need their Acrobat Reader Product in order to view and print PDF files. You can download Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe's Web site.
